Bruschetta with Prosciutto di Parma

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 8 slices of ciabatta or focaccia bread
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 4 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves, sea salt, black pepper
- 100 g Prosciutto di Parma DOP
Instructions
- Toast the bread, rub with garlic.
- Mix the tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Let sit for 5 min.
- Arrange the tomato mixture on the bread.
