Tortellini in Broth

Tortellini in brodo is the soul of Emilian cuisine - small tortellini with prosciutto in a warm broth.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 500g Pagani Tortellini con Prosciutto
  • 1.5l homemade or store-bought chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the broth to a gentle simmer.
  2. Add the tortellini and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Serve in deep plates, sprinkle with parsley.
