Tagliolini with Black Truffle

Tagliolini with black truffle – Piedmontese luxury in 25 minutes. Antichi Poderi pasta with truffle, butter and a little Parmesan.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 250g Antichi Poderi Tagliolini al Tartufo
  • 60g high-quality butter
  • 50g grated Parmesan
  • Salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente (2-3 min).
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
  3. Mix the pasta with the butter, add a little of the cooking water.
  4. Serve with Parmesan and black pepper.
