Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 250g Antichi Poderi Tagliolini al Tartufo
- 60g high-quality butter
- 50g grated Parmesan
- Salt, black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta al dente (2-3 min).
- Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
- Mix the pasta with the butter, add a little of the cooking water.
