Linguine with Clams

Linguine alle vongole — an aromatic seafood dish. Antichi Poderi linguine, white wine, and Carapelli olive oil.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 250g Antichi Poderi Linguine
  • 500g vongole clams (frozen)
  • 100ml Pioppo Bianco white wine
  • 2 tbsp Carapelli Extra Vergine
  • 2 cloves garlic, parsley, lemon

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic in olive oil, then add the clams.
  2. Pour in the wine, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until they open.
  3. Mix with al dente linguine and fresh parsley.
  4. Serve with lemon zest and black pepper.
