Linguine alle vongole — an aromatic seafood dish. Antichi Poderi linguine, white wine, and Carapelli olive oil.
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 250g Antichi Poderi Linguine
- 500g vongole clams (frozen)
- 100ml Pioppo Bianco white wine
- 2 tbsp Carapelli Extra Vergine
- 2 cloves garlic, parsley, lemon
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic in olive oil, then add the clams.
- Pour in the wine, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until they open.
- Mix with al dente linguine and fresh parsley.
- Serve with lemon zest and black pepper.
